Bowflex Revolution FT Review - Is Bowflex Worth the Money?

Bowflex has built a reputation as a leader in the fitness industry at home. Having all these flashy infomercials, I was fascinated by the newest model - the Bowflex Revolution FT. I did weight lifting since my student days and I have always worked in a gym - never been into working life at home. However, my schedule has changed recently with the closure of my local gym, I needed an option.

Bowflex offers a 6-week study on the home gym, which was enough toto convince them to try me, from. One thing that I do not like is the fact that I can not try a showroom in one. The problem with the online order is, I have to pay for the shipping costs if I do not like it.

The revolution came in several large boxes and lasted about an hour to assemble. It is a heavy machine, so I would recommend finding a permanent place in your house.

First Impressions

I was pleased that the craft and build on the Revolution is unmatched. No wonder thatweighs more than 200. This new model is Spiraflex, a patented technology that uses resistance to elastic bands. Wrapped around a spool, they offer consistent weight resistance throughout the exercise movement. The feeling is comparable to wired machines and free weights. The main advantage of using a coil is greater control and efficiency. It took me a little getting used to, because the revolution is forcing you to good form - as opposed to weights, where you shift your attitudeand balance.

Versatility and Exercises

The Bowflex Revolution FT offers nearly 100 exercises and up to 400 variations. This independent movement of the arms, a multi-point belt, foot and leg press plate belong. In addition, they give you an instructional DVD that you go through the various exercises.

To provide as much flexibility in a device that is impressive - instead of 3,500 square meters of my local gym.

Key Benefits

• Features SpiraflexResistance Technology

• packs 200 pounds of resistance, can be (up to 280 kg stacked)

• Natural feeling resistance ensures a smooth and even feel

• Independent movement of the arms, you can hit multiple muscle groups of angels

• Five-position using foot

• Quickly and easily move from one exercise to the next

• Each side is independent, so two users can take advantage of the revolution at the same time,

• The resistance will follow the path of the userMovement with a cable pulley system

• More than 100 exercises allow greater freedom in sculpting your body

Thus, it is worth the money?

I think you need to suit your needs before saying yes or no judge. What I can say from my experience, is the quality and versatility of the exercises is one of the best machines in its price class. If you can afford up to $ 2000 on a machine to spend the least for the coming years and kick-start your health and physical appearance, as itwould be a great game. Given an annual gym membership costs $ 700 per year, plus time in the queue and driving, I think the revolution is paying off. Of course, you must be committed to developing. I like to throw in my favorite CD when I train. If you are really serious about getting in shape and the time when a training Bowflex Revolution is exactly what you want.
